Snowfalls over 6 inches that continue without stopping are treated as a Major Snow Event. We’ll first clear main sidewalks and driveways so you can get out safely. Once the snowfall ends, we return to complete clearing across the rest of the property.

We make every effort to clear snow down to the pavement. If snow is too compacted for our snow blowers, we will scrape it to the best of our ability.

Typically, all customers are serviced within 7 hours after a snowfall has ended.

With snow removal—especially following a large storm—every customer understandably wants to be first. While we strive to provide the fastest and highest-quality service possible, it is not logistically feasible for everyone to be serviced at the same time.

Routes are planned in advance and completed in a systematic order, with properties grouped by area to ensure efficiency and reliability. We make every effort to communicate your position on our route and provide estimated arrival times when requested. Our experience shows that customers understand and appreciate this structured approach.

Snow removal is performed using shovels, backpack blowers, and snow blowers. In heavier snowfalls, residential driveways may be plowed when conditions and access permit. Equipment used is determined by the nature of the snowfall and the layout of the property, ensuring the safest and most efficient service possible.
